The months are short. Today my little munchkin is 3 months old. As my brother-in-law would put it, he’s an actual baby now! Every month I take a picture of my little guy, and compare it to months gone by. While we anticipate each milestone to come – holding his head without wobbling, belly-laughing and sitting up on his own – I am reminded of how quickly this all goes by, and it’s important to enjoy every moment and celebrate every small development. After all, he’ll never be this small ever again!
Our baby boy is quite the blabber mouth. He just loves to talk, and can even mimic some sounds! He’s gotten really good at tummy time (showing off his skills in these photos) and he also really enjoys laying down in his baby gym, playing with his toys. Little guy has already discovered that Daddy is a lot more fun than Mommy, but Mommy’s arms can heal any tears. He’s busted out of the swaddle. There was a rough transition, but thanks to Baby Merlin’s Magic Sleep Suit, he sleeps from 8PM to 6:30AM and gets 4 1.5 hour naps a day (most of them are successful).
He’s pretty solidly wearing 3-6 month clothes, but we’ve moved him into 6-9 month sleepers. 99th percentile for height and head size. 50th percentile for weight. My long, skinny, beautiful, silly little boy.
